PEP-RALLY 2010
The homecoming pep-rally of the year 2010-2011 started with the dance team and cheerleaders hyping their fellow students on to make some noise. Once everyone was seated the Varsity football team entered the gym, to a crowd screaming and applauding. The Varsity head coach, Coach Jackson, gave a speech on the importance of the game against the, Elgin wildcats, to the student body. The cheerleaders gave a cheer to the MHS students to get them off their seat and get excited for the homecoming game that would come the next day. The Manor dance team then danced for the students twisting and turning to their routine. The contest for the spirit stick came afterwards with each class yelling their hearts out. As the contest closed the juniors were named the class with the most spirit. The pep-rally came to an end and the students left in high spirits waiting for the parade that would come the same afternoon!
